Resolved Question: Should a 15 year old boy be able to ride a greyhound bus to a friends house?

Im 15 years old and i want to ride a greyhound bus from Las Vegas, NV to Rialto, Ca which is about a 4 hr ride. I do have a cellphone and have pretty good common sence.
