Resolved Question: HELP! how to deport mexican illegals free of charge?

i live in Rialto, CA, and the place is infested with illegals from Guatemala and Mexico. Well, there is this outdoor mall called the "bel-air swap meet" and it was all over the news 2 years ago when ICE came to deport them on a tip. Funny thing is that it was unsuccessful because all of the illegals found out ICE was coming and everyone ran. However, the illegals are back and i hate how they litter the place like it was a garbage can and how they are here.
