Voting Question: how to get married in county jail has any one done this? and if u could help me ?

hi um iam in rialto ca and me and my fiance are wanting to get married and he got lock up at west valley county jail and in the time we were going to get married this happend and well we still want to do this and i find it kind of confusing , of what or where should i ask um they told me to take a person from the chapel and then get a notary but my question is where do i ask and are they able to go there i would wait for when he go to state but he told me it easier there ?? um can u please tell me how and give me any info of where to look at thanks !!...
